50 Sheds of Grey: Written under the pseudonym Colin Trevor Grey, the book tells the story of a middle-aged man who is ‘thrust into an illicit world of pleasure and pain’ after his wife reads Fifty Shades.

Mr Grey – who describes himself as a ‘passionate gardener and amateur shed owner’ – has been treating followers to pictures of sexy sheds and erotic puns since June of 2012 on his Twitter account. After gaining 90,000 followers, he decided to publish a book of his funniest entries.

Return of the Spirit: The third oracle deck in the best-selling series by Cheryl Harnish – this set focuses on the personal, emotional, and daily challenges of life. The messages are three times longer than in the previous decks, providing in-depth detailed guidance and explanation. The guidebook included is now a paperback book in miniature size.

What hasn’t changed is the incredible energy of the fractal art, the heart-filled connection with Spirit, the gold gilded card edges, and the exceptional quality and love that goes into each deck.

Mudras: Yoga in Your Hands: Do it at the office, on an aeroplane, lying in bed. Seasoned yoga teacher Gertrud Hirschi has used these hand postures to ease asthma, relieve flu symptoms, think more effectively, relieve tension, even have a bowel movement. Hirschi is careful to lay out exercise regimens, related herbal remedies, and associated affirmations. Like a classroom instructor, she guides with simultaneous breathing advice and conjures up helpful images. From building character to healing emotional pain, from bringing luck to connecting with the divine, mudras can work wonders.

The largest and most comprehensive dream dictionary every published, The Ultimate Dictionary of Dream Language includes 25,000 dream symbols and interpretations–from sex and love to lucid dreaming, nightmares, and premonitions in dreams.

Dream interpreter Briceida Ryan explains how dreams send messages about our past, present, and future that can help direct us in our lives. More than just a dictionary of symbols, Ryan explains the benefits of dreams: how they help us face our fears, understand our needs and priorities, and plan for the future.

Tea of the Month – Monks Blend: Certainly a ‘mysterious’ blend despite being a delicious mixture of grenadine and vanilla. Perhaps first created by Tibetan monks – infused with universal life energy, this tea is a perfect all day treat; sweet and toasty with a touch of dryness and a subtle bouquet. Originally, it is believed that this blend was developed by monks to support their life’s desires, especially the work that they did all by hand. Tea is an item that these monks considered good for the soul. Franciscan monks used to drink this tea to keep them awake during long periods of meditation. It is fair to say that this is an ancient and harmonious blend, as it is also used by Buddhist and Taoist monks. Monks Blend is a medium bodied flavourful blend of luxury black tea, calendula, sunflower petals, and oils of vanilla and grenadine.

Maggy’s current read – Researcher and thought leader Dr. Brené Brown offers a liberating study on shame and the importance of our imperfections—both to our relationships and to our own sense of self. The quest for perfection is exhausting and unrelenting. A constant barrage of social expectations teaches us that being imperfect is synonymous with being inadequate. Everywhere we turn, there are messages that tell us who, what and how we’re supposed to be. So, we endeavor to hide our struggles in an attempt to protect ourselves from shame, judgment, criticism and blame by seeking safety in pretending and perfection.

We look forward to seeing you soon.

Maggy, Fiona, and Jen.
