It's become apparent to us after being asked on several occassions, many people don't realize where pashmina wool comes from, which is used to create among other things, beautiful pashmina scarves. Well it is actually the incredibly fine, soft undercoat of the pashmina goat, native of the Himilayas. People who are normally allergic to or are unable to wear wool, are generally able to wear items made of pashmina wool.
